Serve your clients well and let your past clients be your champions.
When a prospect hears that one of your previous client trusts you,
You’re automatically moved to the medal round of options.
So how do you get these referrals?
Well, there are a couple of ways.
Option one…
Hope your name is top of mind in your past client at the right moment.
Option two…
You ask!
And it doesn’t need to be complicated.
Let me make it easy-peasy for you.
Send your favorite past clients an email like this:
Hey {first name},
I hope you’ve had a good week.
I saw your post on {social media channel} and the {leave an honest comment or compliment}!
I’m writing today because I’m looking for new clients.
I really enjoyed working with you recently on {insert last project}.
I was curious if you happen to know any other {type of business owner} who needs a new {specific service or product}.
Preferably someone as fun to work with as you!
If someone comes to mind, I’d love it if you sent them my way.
If not, would you mind keeping your eyes open for me in case you meet anyone?
I’d really appreciate it.
