My son, Luke, called me from college the other day.

His car needs to have some work done.

He’s driving his car down tomorrow to drop it off for a few days.

We’re going to drop it off at my friend, Brian’s shop.

Why is Luke driving an hour and a half, when there are tons of options closer to him?

Because, he’s checked out a few local options.

They’re either not reputable or want to charge him for more work than is required.

He just didn’t feel good about his options.

Our family has taken our auto mechanic work to Brian for two decades.

Brian is an expert mechanic.

He fixes problems efficiently and consistently.

He charges a fair rate, but doesn’t overcharge.

He doesn’t do work that isn’t necessary.

Bottom line… Brian earned our business by solving our vehicle problems.

His consistency over the years means he never has to look for work.

In fact, Brian is such a respected expert, my son wants Brian to do the work…

Because Luke trusts him.

When we consistently deliver results to our clients, word about our service will travel.

Our clients will tell their friends…

And, they’ll come back over and over.
