Seeds won’t grow in the bag

A Day In The Life | 0 comments

It rained hard last week.

One of those classic Kansas spring storms.

I stepped out on the porch to watch it, and my eyes landed on the bare patches in my yard where the grass wasn’t growing.

Then I remembered—I had a half-used bag of grass seed sitting in the garage.

Part of me didn’t want to go back out in the rain.

But then I thought:

The seed won’t grow in the bag.

So I grabbed it, ran out, and tossed some down.

It took maybe three minutes.

Nothing fancy.

No perfect strategy.

Just action.

And of course, it got me thinking about business.

How often do we see the bare spots—low sales, no leads, too few clients—but hesitate to act?

We wait for the ideal moment.

The perfect plan.

The sunshine.

Meanwhile, the seed sits in the bag.

If this hits close to home, just know—growing something solid doesn’t always require a big leap.
Sometimes it just starts with throwing down a little grass seed when the rain is already falling.

And hey—if you’re looking to grow something that brings in revenue on repeat…

Enrollment for my Recurring Revenue School opens next week.

More details soon, but for now—just know: it’s coming.

You’ve got this,

Mat
