Greetings Mats,

Whether you have been following me for a few days or a few years.

Welcome…

If you’re new, I’m glad you’re here.

If you’ve been with me for a long while, you know I haven’t always sent emails very consistently.

This email marks a personal milestone.

My 150th daily email.

Well, sort of “daily” email.

I’ve missed a few over the past several months.

But, I’ve been faithful for the most part.

In 2024, I committed to doing something that was hard for me.

Sending emails.

I was horrible at it.

But, I knew I needed to change.

I know I needed to grow.

So, I looked myself in the mirror and decided I was going to change.

It wasn’t easy.

Still, as I write this email, it doesn’t feel easy.

But, I’m getting more comfortable with each email I write.

And, I can tell you it has blessed me both personally and professionally.

Is there so practice or habit that you need to build but feels hard?

Sometimes we have to do what feels awkward to gain skill.

And build proficiency.

And grow.
