What does live music have in common with chips and salsa?

A Day In The Life | 0 comments

I’ve been in Nashville this week for a conference.

And, my first time to visit Nashville.

I can sum up my Nashville experience so far in four words…

Hot chicken and live music.

While in town, I was excited to have dinner tonight with my cousin who lives here.

He took me for some really good pizza at a local pub this evening in downtown Nashville.

Don’t worry…

I had hot chicken for lunch.

LOL

The pizza was amazing though.

After about 15 minutes into dinner, our conversation halted.

A couple of musicians came in and started playing on a pseudo-stage in a small corner of the room.

They were really good.

And, really loud.

I smiled at my cousin, leaned across the table, and shouted (so he could hear me)…

“So, this is Nashville, huh?”

He yelled in reply…

“Yeah, live musicians are everywhere in Nashville.”

He continued…

“Whenever me and my wife go out for dinner, she always wants to go wherever there is no music.

I laughed.

In Kansas City, and most cities, you have to look hard to find live music.

In Nashville, though, live music is like chips and salsa at a mexican restaurant.

If you’re trying to have a conversation while eating, you might be annoyed by the music.

But, if you love music, it could be like chips and salsa…

A super cool bonus.

For three more days… I’m offering my IGNITE Design Business Academy as a cool Flash Sale bonus when you join my Design Business Accelerator membership.

This week only, you can get into my Design Business Accelerator for only $57.

And, you can lock that price in for life.

After this Friday at midnight central, the offer goes away and I will no longer be offering the Academy for free.

So, if you’re looking hard for something extra valuable, act quickly.

I’ll be taking the live music, chips and salsa off the table this Friday.

Or, you can be like Jennifer who just joined the Accelerator and my business family.

“I’m so excited! This is the first day in… I don’t know, probably a year and a half, that I’ve had any real hope of actually crawling out of my hole and getting back to work. All hope before has been sorta vague and “someday”. Now I’ve taken an actual step, and the rest will come. An actual plan! With the right coach! YAY!!!!” —Jennifer

Be like Jennifer.

I’m ready to help you too!
